MIMIPIMPAPORN 

My name is Pimpaporn Teerathammongkol (Mimi). I am an amateur photographer. My journey started out in 2013 when I got my first digital camera. I started taking photography classes in high school and it got me really into the art of photography.

At first, I was particularly interested in landscape photography as it gives me more control compared to other subjects like people or events. It was difficult for me to control people in the frame, but then I realized that people actually make the art alive! So, I started to include people more in my frame. Right now, I enjoy capturing moments for people, whether it is a portrait, an event, or a place. Also, food has become my favorite subject very quick thanks to my passion and love for food. And I cannot wait to explore new different subjects in the future! 

Currently, I own a DSLR camera (Canon EOS 700D) with a fixed lens (Canon EF-S 24mm STM TM). And I would love to take this opportunity to thanks Anan (P' Kiang), my brother, who gave me this camera. He definitely gave me 'a whole new world', the one that I get to explore it myself with different perspectives through a camera lens. I could never thank you enough, brother.

This year 2019 I get to hone my skills more as I am in a faculty PR team, responsible for taking photos at events organized by Faculty of Arts, Chulalongkorn University, Bangkok. I look forward to working with new people and in new environments. 

My photography journey has just begun...
